All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your selected variant, pack size and quantity determine the product total. Shipping and taxes are confirmed before payment. An order request alone does not confirm payment or a production slot.

Your design

You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded artwork and for checking names, dates and spelling. Online previews are a design guide. We review artwork and product suitability before production.

Personalized products

Personalized and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive defective. Contact our team promptly if there is a problem with your order, and include your order number and photos where relevant.

Event deadlines

Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline. Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, quantity, artwork approval and destination.
